Josh Wilkes, Founder and Broker-in-Charge
Josh is the strategic mind who sees the big picture for your property. His background is rooted in real estate development and high-level finance. Before launching this company, he held leadership positions at prominent real estate firms and served as an investment banker, where he was instrumental in successfully executing over $15 billion in transactions. This high-stakes experience gives him a unique ability to analyze your property as a powerful financial asset and develop a strategy to ensure its long-term profitability.
Josh's academic foundation, with both his undergraduate and MBA degrees from UNC Chapel Hill, provides the analytical rigor needed to navigate the complexities of the real estate market.
Zack Gooden, General Manager and Broker
Zack, our General Manager, is the operational powerhouse who brings this strategy to life. With an impressive 17-year career spanning hospitality, commercial real estate, and vacation rentals, Zack has a profound understanding of what it takes to deliver results.
He is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker and a Certified Revenue Management Analyst (CRMA), highlighting his expertise in optimizing your property's earning potential. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen a portfolio of more than $130 million in assets, directly managing every aspect of the guest and owner experience—from marketing and reservations to maintenance and housekeeping. Zack’s time at NC State's College of Management instilled in him the business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit he uses to streamline processes, ensuring your property is cared for with the highest standards of excellence.
