What is time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check in: After 4p, unless early check-in fee is paid to prioritize the readiness of home earlier. Offered based on departure time of previous guest.
  • Check out: 10am, strictly enforced unless a late checkout fee is paid and approved. Offered based on arrival time of next guest.

Is early check-in and check-out available?

  • Early check-in and late-checkouts are not guranteed, based on demands of the business. We are also subject to departing guest leaving on time and whether there is another guest arriving. 
  • If avaialble, early checkin begins at 11am and late checkouts permits departure as late as 1p. 
  • Early check-in and late check-out fees are $150+ tax.

Where do we check in and checkout?

All of our properties have keyless check-in so you can check in and checkout from the property. Please check your guest portal for additional access instructions if needed.

Do we provide linens and make beds?

Linens are provided and all beds are made! In addition to linen we provide enough towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for each guest up to the maximum occupancy of the property.

Do we provide bath and kitchen amenities?

  • Bath ammenities: Each bathroom is 2 rolls of toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner
  • Kitchen Ammenities: Each kitchen space is provided with 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 packs of dish washing detergent, dish soap, and trash bags

What do I need to do at checkout?

All of our properties include full cleaning services upon each guest departure along with an inspection for any guest damage.

The only thing required of a guest at time of departure is leave any parking or ammenity access passes in a highly visible area on the kitchen counter.

Please remember that full housekeeping at departure is included in your reservation. The requests below are simply intended to streamline the cleaning process for our team and are greatly appreciated.

  • Kitchen and Trash Dishes
    • Load and run the dishwasher, or wash and put away all used dishes. 
    • Trash/Recycling: Collect all trash and recycling and place it in the designated outdoor bins or disposal area.
    • Food: Dispose of any personal, perishable food and beverages brought into the property. 
  • Linens and Towels Used Towels
    • Gather all used towels and place them in a central location, such as a bathtub, shower, or laundry hamper. 
    • Strip the sheets and pillowcases off the beds and leave them in a pile. 
  • Security and Utilities 
    • Turn Off Lights/Appliances: Ensure all lights, fans, and non-essential appliances (like the coffee maker or toaster) are turned off. 
    • Climate Control: Set the thermostat or air conditioning to a specified temperature (often a moderate, energy-saving setting). 
    • Secure the Property: Close and lock all windows and exterior doors. 
  • Final Departure
    • Personal Belongings: Perform a final check of all rooms, closets, and drawers to ensure no personal items have been left behind.
    • Furniture/Items: Return any furniture or borrowed items (like beach chairs or remotes) to their original location. 
    • The general goal is to leave the property in a state of reasonable tidiness, not a deep clean, as the professional cleaning fee covers tasks like vacuuming, sanitizing, and laundering.
